Welcome to IBC003. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and IBC003 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") in respect of your use of the ibc003.cam website and all associated gaming services, products, software, and tools made available through it.

IBC003 is an English-language online gaming platform operating under its applicable international framework and is specifically designed to serve adult players in Malaysia. The platform is accessible in English and all monetary values displayed are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

By accessing ibc003.cam, creating a member account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

Membership on the IBC003 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that, at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform, you meet all of the following criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. IBC003 applies the 21+ age threshold in line with international standards applicable to online casino and sports betting platforms. IBC003 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where IBC003 is not permitted to offer its services. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and access.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Malaysia and, where applicable, your jurisdiction of residence.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts held by the same individual, with any balance subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

3.5 No Abuse History

You must not have had a prior account closed or terminated by IBC003 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct. Registering a new account following a permanent ban constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address (or your actual country of residence), valid email address, and preferred currency. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. IBC003 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not shared across other platforms. You must notify IBC003 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. IBC003 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 KYC Verification

IBC003 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A selfie photograph of the member holding their identification document
• Proof of payment method used for deposits, where required

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. IBC003 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory.

5.1 Permitted Use

Your access to and use of the IBC003 platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may access the platform from Malaysia and from any other jurisdiction in which such access is not prohibited.

5.2 Platform Availability

IBC003 endeavours to maintain a platform uptime of 99.9% but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, server upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. IBC003 accepts no liability for losses, missed bets, or session interruptions caused by downtime.

5.3 Device and Access Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and browser or application meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to access the Platform. IBC003 does not guarantee compatibility with all operating systems, browsers, or device configurations.

5.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may incorporate or rely upon third-party payment providers (including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency networks), game studios, and technology providers. IBC003 is not responsible for disruptions, errors, or policy changes affecting any third-party service integrated with the Platform.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

IBC003 accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking Transfer, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT — TRC-20 and ERC-20), and BNB (BEP-20).

6.2 Deposit Processing

All MYR deposits via FPX and DuitNow are processed in real time. E-wallet top-ups via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay typically credit within two (2) minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon sufficient blockchain network confirmations. IBC003 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers or blockchain networks may apply their own transaction costs.

6.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or the equivalent in cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate). Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and may be returned to the originating payment source.

6.4 Currency and Conversion

IBC003 operates in MYR as its base currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR-equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed receipt. IBC003 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating a crypto transfer and its final confirmation on the network.

6.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are your own legitimate personal funds and are not proceeds of criminal activity. IBC003 may request evidence of the source of funds at any time and will act in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawal, a Member must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) deposited and wagered real-money funds at least once since account creation or since the last withdrawal.

7.2 Processing Times

IBC003 processes the majority of withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 MYT on the same calendar day. Withdrawal requests submitted after 22:00 MYT will be processed on the following business day. DuitNow bank transfers typically settle within 15 minutes of approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process subject to network confirmation times.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Daily withdrawal limits and VIP-tier-specific maximum amounts apply and are available in the Member Dashboard. IBC003 reserves the right to amend withdrawal limits with reasonable notice to Members.

7.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that the Member has previously used for deposit purposes (same-source rule), except where IBC003 support has approved an alternative method following a formal review. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and protect Members from fraudulent transactions.

7.5 Withdrawal Verification

IBC003 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation, before processing. This may result in extended processing times for affected requests. Members will be notified of any such requirement via the email address registered to their account.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

IBC003 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer Baccarat, low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements, as detailed in individual promotion documentation.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been wagered through in full within thirty (30) calendar days of issuance will be forfeited automatically. Any associated winnings will also be forfeited at the point of bonus expiry. The thirty-day window commences from the date and time the bonus is credited to the Member's account.

8.4 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per household (IP address, residential address, or device) regardless of the number of accounts registered. IBC003 reserves the right to revoke bonus funds where multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device have claimed the same promotion.

8.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from bonus funds is five (5) times the original bonus amount. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other approaches that IBC003 reasonably determines constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the IBC003 sportsbook are accepted at the prevailing odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change up to the point of confirmation. IBC003 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, particularly in the case of system errors, odds irregularities, or suspicious wagering patterns.

9.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by IBC003 in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) the odds at which the bet was accepted were subject to a manifest error; (c) the event did not proceed within the scheduled timeframe as required by applicable market rules; or (d) force majeure prevents the event's conclusion. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Member's account balance.

9.3 Manifest Error

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous (manifest error), IBC003 reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the stake. A manifest error is defined as an odds value that differs materially from the true market price due to a technical or human error on the part of the Operator. IBC003 will notify affected Members within a reasonable timeframe.

9.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time. IBC003 accepts no responsibility for bet placement failures arising from connection issues on the Member's side, or from the temporary suspension of in-play markets during key match events. All in-play bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

9.5 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per event and per bet type apply and are visible within the relevant market. IBC003 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at its discretion.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the IBC003 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Using the account of another person, or permitting another person to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits, or using the Platform to process illicit funds
• Using automated scripts, bots, software agents, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events with prior knowledge of fixed outcomes
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting and matched betting for bonus exploitation
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing IBC003 staff or other members
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction without first contacting IBC003 support

11.1 Suspension by IBC003

IBC003 reserves the right to suspend any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a potential breach of these Terms is under investigation; (b) suspicious activity has been detected on the account; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) a regulatory requirement necessitates account review. During a suspension, the Member will not be able to place wagers or process withdrawals.

11.2 Termination by IBC003

IBC003 may permanently terminate a Member account where: (a) a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity has been identified; (c) the Member is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to IBC003. Upon termination for cause, IBC003 may withhold any balance pending resolution of outstanding claims or disputes.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

A Member may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting IBC003 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their last-used verified payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.4 Self-Exclusion

Members may also request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and will take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. See Section 12 for further details.

IBC003 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we have a duty to act in the best interests of our Members' welfare.

12.1 Age Verification

IBC003 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is required before withdrawal processing, and IBC003 may conduct random age checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts where the Member is confirmed to be under 21 will be permanently closed and deposits returned.

12.2 Responsible Gambling Tools

The following tools are available to all Members within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly MYR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Reinstatement is not permitted for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All content on the IBC003 platform — including but not limited to the IBC003 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and code, game interfaces and graphics, text, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of IBC003 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of IBC003.

Any unauthorised use of IBC003's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IBC003 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

IBC003 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss arising from system downtime, delays, or connectivity failures
• Loss arising from manifest errors in odds or game outcomes, subject to our correction and notification procedures
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, cryptocurrency networks, or game studios

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, IBC003's total aggregate liability to any Member in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the same calendar month.

IBC003 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

IBC003 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Member data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and secure data storage practices. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. IBC003 will notify affected Members in the event of a data breach where required by applicable law.

IBC003 does not sell, rent, or license Member personal data to unaffiliated third-party marketers. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or contract. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

IBC003 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, IBC003 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.3.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international framework under which IBC003 is licensed to operate. To the extent permissible, any dispute that cannot be resolved through IBC003's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit IBC003's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform security.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
